is a custom single family home community of 123 homes within The Polo Club of Boca Raton. Homes sizes ranges from 4,500 to over 10,000 square feet. Vintage completed all the site development work including water, paving, drainage, sewer and site amenity design and execution. Vintage Properties operated an on site sales office and created a traditional “preferred builder program” and participated as a builder within the program. The community was completed in early 2002.
is a community of 100 coach homes within The Polo Club of Boca Raton. Each building contains four attached homes with garden homes on the first floor, and penthouse homes on the second floor, complete with standard elevators. Vintage redesigned the homes and completed an existing community. The community was completed in 2001.
