Company Background
Gene Suttin founded Vintage Properties in 1980 with a mission to become the builder of choice, focusing on the development and creation of individual community villages. This concept allowed Suttin the versatility to construct stunning townhome, coach home, zero-lot line homes and fully customized single family communities. These award-winning developments were built to meld into their surrounding environment within large scale country club communities, primarily in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Because of this vision, Vintage Properties has become one of the primary custom home builders in the Southeast.
Vintage Properties has cultivated a reputation for superbly constructed and extremely well designed homes. Outstanding customer service is paramount to the organization, and it has delivered over 1,000 community homes to date. Vintage has brought its expertise to everything from intimate enclaves of 32 homes, to planned community villages exceeding 100 homes. Vintage has built homes in more than 20 communities, including some of Florida’s most prestigious gated communities such as Deer Creek Country Club, Boca Pointe Country Club, Broken Sound Country Club, The Polo Club Boca Raton, BallenIsles and Ibis Country Club.
Vintage also builds fully custom single family homes in South Florida’s most exclusive neighborhoods from Miami’s South Beach to The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, Florida. In keeping with Vintage Properties’ reputation as a high service quality builder, the company caters to some of the most demanding clientele – with referrals being the primary source of new clients.
Vintage Properties is continually recognized within the building industry as the pinnacle of design excellence and community planning. They consistently earn top PRISM, Pinnacle and Aurora Awards, ranging from the best of individual product awards to the Best Overall Community Development.
